1. Shipping Cost

Free delivery worldwide over $99

2. Shipping Time 

US Shipping:
Standard Shipping (FedEx / DHL / UPS), 5 to 10 working days delivery, fully tracked service.
UK & European Shipping:
Standard Shipping (EMS / FedEx / DHL / UPS), 5 to 10 working days delivery, fully tracked service.
Please be aware it may be necessary for you to pay additional customs/duty in this case.
Worldwide Shipping:
Standard Shipping (EMS / FedEx / DHL / UPS), 5 to 12 working days delivery, fully tracked service.

3. Production Time

Our neon signs are handmade, it takes 1 to 2 weeks for production.

4. Change of Address

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at Hello@NeonPilot.com.

5. Import Fees/Duties

Orders to some countries may be subject to import fees/duties and taxes when delivery takes place. This depends on which country you are ordering from and also how big/heavy the piece is.

This is standard procedure for any item bought online and is entirely out of our hands - many orders won't be subject to import fees, but for those that are, please be aware that these fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by NeonPilot.
