Yes, absolutely, send us your designs, we are more than happy to advise and assist with your ideas.

Can neon signs be used outdoors?
Yes, we can produce waterproof versions for neon signs, please be noted this is not a default material and an additional fee will apply.

How do you power the neon signs?
All of our neon signs connect directly into a standard power socket (with plug for each shipping country) and it comes with a 12V transformer. Safe for any country, any kids!

How to hang a neon sign?
Hanging your new neon light sign is surprisingly easy, we provide you hanging kits with neon signs, you can easily hang neon sign on your wall with the hardware equipment.

What colors of neon are available?
Our neon signs come in Red, Pink, Yellow, Blue, Light Blue, Green, Orange, Purple, White.

Does my neon sign require any maintenance?
Not at all. LED neon is environmentally friendly and maintenance free.

Can I rush my order?
Yes, we offer two production options:
Standard production time: 5-10 working days(Free)
Express production time: 2-5 working days, there is an additional cost of $30.

Which shipping method do you use?
All orders are shipped by express DHL/Fedex/UPS/EMS, full tracked service, door to door.

Does my neon sign come with a warranty?
Yes, absolutely, we offer a 12 month guarantee on all neon signs, so if your sign breaks or stops working in any way during this period just let us know and we will replace it free of charge.
